Report the extraction, production, acquisition, transfer and other disposition of radioactive materials

You are the holder of a licence to handle other radioactive substances in accordance with the Radiation Protection Act. You are then obliged to notify the competent authority of the extraction, production, acquisition, release and other whereabouts of radioactive substances within one month.

The type of notification (such as acquisition, release), the type of radioactive substances (such as radionuclide, number of the sealed source, molybdenum-99/technetium-99m generator) and the level of activity must also be stated.
